  • Upload Functionality for Applicant Materials:
    • Develop features for applicants to upload resumes, portfolios, certificates, or any other relevant documents directly through the application form.
    • Enable multiple file formats for upload, such as PDFs, DOCX, images, and presentations, ensuring that files are easily accessible and securely stored.
    • Implement a size limit for each file and provide users with feedback on file size and acceptable formats.
    • Include an option for applicants to add a short cover letter or message to personalize their application further.
  • Data Collection and Storage:
    • Set up a secure database to store applicant data and submitted materials, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
