Key Responsibilities:
- SayPro Recruitment Coordination:
- Coordinate Job Applications: Manage and track the receipt of job applications from potential candidates applying for SayPro’s quarterly job opportunities.
- Organize Interviews: Schedule and organize interviews for shortlisted candidates, working closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient interview processes.
- Application Screening: Assist with the initial screening of applications, ensuring that candidates meet the minimum qualifications and criteria set for each position.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication regarding application status, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Maintain Recruitment Databases: Ensure all candidate information is up-to-date within SayPro’s recruitment systems, including applications, resumes, interview notes, and final decisions.
- SayPro Monthly January SCMR-12:
- Job Listing Creation and Distribution: Post job listings under the SCMR-12 framework for the January intake and ensure that they are visible across relevant job boards, websites, and SayPro platforms.
- Compliance with SCMR Guidelines: Ensure all recruitment activities align with the SCMR-12 guidelines for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide monthly reports on recruitment activities related to the January SCMR-12 intake, including metrics on applicants, interview outcomes, and hires made.
- Collaborate with SCMR Teams: Work closely with the SayPro Supply Chain Management Recruitment teams to ensure that recruitment needs are met according to strategic goals and timelines.
- SayPro Quarterly Internships Opportunities Management:
- Internship Program Design and Implementation: Oversee the development and execution of quarterly internship programs, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s objectives for youth development and professional growth.
- Manage Internship Applications: Coordinate the receipt and processing of internship applications for each quarter, ensuring candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work with various departments to identify internship needs and create job descriptions that reflect the skills and experiences interns will gain.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new interns, ensuring they are properly oriented to their roles and responsibilities within SayPro.
- Monitor Intern Performance: Track the progress and performance of interns, providing feedback and support as needed, and ensuring that the internship experience is beneficial for both the intern and the organization.
- End-of-Quarter Reports: Compile reports at the end of each quarter, summarizing the number of internship opportunities filled, performance evaluations, and recommendations for future internship programs.

- SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Collaboration:
- Support Marketing and Recruitment Alignment: Work with the Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that recruitment efforts are well-promoted as part of SayPro’s overall marketing strategy. This includes leveraging social media, newsletters, and other marketing tools to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all recruitment and internship marketing materials align with SayPro’s branding and strategic goals, helping to maintain a consistent image of SayPro as an employer of choice.
- Track Marketing ROI: Analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns related to job and internship opportunities, adjusting strategies to maximize candidate outreach and engagement.
- Data and Analytics:
- Monitor Candidate Data: Track application rates, candidate demographics, and hiring outcomes for quarterly jobs and internships, providing data-driven insights to improve future recruitment cycles.
- Optimize Candidate Experience: Use data analytics to assess the candidate experience throughout the application and hiring process, making adjustments to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
