Introduction

Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry is seeking to employ a junior Millwright or a Millwright apprentice

This position would ideally be suited to a candidate that has completed and passed their theoretical exam at a Marseta recognized institution.i.e. Northlink college or similar and has to do their practical in order to obtain a recognized qualification.

Junior Millwrights, complying with the requirements will also be considered.

Please note, this vacancy is in Centurion.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• PLC programming (siemens and Delta)
• Good knowledge in installation and problem finding on field instrumentation
• Experience with AC drives
• Available to work after hours, standby & call-outs and weekend overtime as the need arises
• Diagnosis of mechanical problems related to compressors, pumps and heat exchanger application

To Your Advantage

• Experience in HVAC industry.
• Experience with AC, INVERTERS
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Valves, NRV’s, PRV’s and strainers.
• Mechanical knowledge of pumps, compressors and chillers

Qualifications and requirements

• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licenses
• Preferably own vehicle
• Minimum of N4 in Millwright/instrumentation or similar qualification
• Reside in Pretoria / Centurion area
